I do not think they can get any accusations stick. But Megaupload will lose a lot of time and this will be severely detrimental to their business. Which is what the big companies (Movies and music) want...
Man, with examples like these. How can we allow SOPA to pass?
As for SOPA... I'm in Russia, so it won't affect me for some time (at least until USA figure out the way to use their law world-wide). But in my country "democracy" works like this: if governemt wants some law, it'll pass no matter how people react. I don't know how it works in the USA, but, as I mentioned above, let's hope for better and expect the worst.
